MB LifeStyle LLC is an innovative business consulting service that has been changing lives and helping people manifest their dreams since it was established in July of 2022. Owned and Operated by Michelle, a LifeStyle Change Coach, the company offers tailor-made services related to personal and career development, wellness, budgeting, and finance. The services offered include the MB LifeStyle Bootcamp, Halfway House, and Career Jungle Gym. The company is black woman minority-owned and operates out of Chicago with the mission of helping underdeveloped minorities achieve their dreams.
As a LifeStyle Change Coach, Michelle helps people in areas of career development, personal development, enhancing overall well-being, finance, and budgeting. Consultations are offered either in-person or virtually with clients. A master plan is formulated to realize the goals and dreams of the client. The company's book, "Shining Light on Relationship Flags," aims to identify red, yellow, and green flags in relationships to ascertain whether a relationship is worth celebrating, approaching with caution, or ending.
MB LifeStyle also hosts a podcast discussing topics related to the Black community that are rarely talked about.

Shining Light On Relationship Flags
This book discusses the different flags that indicate a potential problem in a relationship as well as precarious signals indicating adjustments need to be made and some relationships are just worth celebrating. There are red flags that indicate that it is time to end the relationship, yellow signifies it is precarious, and green flags are signals that the relationship will last.
The book, ‘Shining Light on Relationship Flags: Defining and Identifying Red, Yellow and Green Flags’, will shine a spotlight on the many red flags that signal trouble in a relationship, but also the many yellow ones that can be addressed before they become red. I've noticed one thing in my earnest advice to younger people: No matter how many red, yellow, or green flags you may have noticed, always stop and reflect on how other individuals' actions affect your overall well-being. The idea is to understand each flag's significance and take action if necessary.
